Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our studio in Montreal, Canada and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once the order has left our studio.

Please note that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected.

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping included in all orders over $100.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping to Canada for orders under $100.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the United-States, Australia, Europe.

Your order may be subject to customs import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MOLECULE 88 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender/ Abandoned Packages

if your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (molecule 88) at the customer’s expense.

if the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local shipping center for pick up.  if the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (molecule 88) at the customer’s expense.

for international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to molecule 88 at your expense. the expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

packages will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be deemed abandoned. customers who have abandoned a package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unworn and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order please email us as soon as possible at Sales@molecule88.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
