1. General questions

  • What is the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us confirming your purchase and another once the item is shipped out which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • Can I change my order? Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected neither. Please review the checkout page before completing your purchase.
  • Where do you ship? We offer international shipping to the United-States, Australia, Europe as well as domestically within Canada.
  • How long does it take to ship my order? We do our best to ship all orders out by next day. During busy periods we may take up to 3 days however that is not the norm. Please review the shipping policy page for additional information.

2. Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit Cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interact Online. We also accept Digital Wallet payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Which currency will I be charged in? Items will be charged in Canadian Dollars, there is a currency menu on the top right and bottom left if you wish to convert into USD for example.
  • Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option? We currently do not offer split payment options.

3. Shipping

  • Do you offer fast shipping? Yes, you'll find various shipping options at checkout based on your shipping location. Standard shipping is usually around 3-8 business days. Express shipping is usually around 1-3 business days.
  • How can I track my package? You will receive an email from us with a tracking number which you can use to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
  • What if I'm not home? If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local shipping center for pick up.
  • Will I pay taxes for international shipping? We do not charge taxes on shipping.

4. Returns

  • Do you accept returns? Yes, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Can I exchange an item? Unfortunately, we currently cannot process exchanges online. Your item would have to be refunded and then the new item would have to be purchased. We're working on improving this in the near future.
  • Are returns free? Yes, returns are free and the cost of the item will be fully refunded minus the cost to ship the item back to us.
  • How long does it take to process a return? We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
